Meetings are open to the public and are scheduled for the second Thursday of each month, with the exception of September at which the meeting will be on the first Thursday of the month.  Meetings are scheduled to begin at 7:00 pm during the months of November, December, January, and February; and at 7:30 pm during the months of Daylight Savings Time unless otherwise posted.  All meetings are held at the Elm Creek Watershed Authority office located at 19 S. 25th Street, Suite 500, Temple, TX unless otherwise posted.
